Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at curls@iinwelle.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item received so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Once the return has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return due to an incorrect order, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
